This course, Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Prep, will provide you with an understanding of the application process and PMP Exam itself. You will learn about the types of exam questions you will encounter as well as the basics of project management. You will be able to explain project integration management as well as how to direct and manage project work. You will also learn about project scope management, including managing and defining project scope.
This course then explains Project schedule management, estimating activity durations, and developing a schedule. You will learn about project cost management, including cost management and how to control costs. You will also learn about aspects of project quality management, such as matrix diagrams and Pareto diagrams.
This course then wraps up with project resource management, project communications management, and project risk management such as how to perform quantitative risk analysis. You will learn about project procurement management, project stakeholder management, and professional responsibility. By taking this course you will learn what it takes to be a Project Management Professional and how to take and pass the PMP Exam.
