In this course, you will learn about the importance of the probability theory in risk analysis, and how it is applied. The essential elements of the probability theory will also be covered extensively in this course. Then, the course will teach you about the application of probability as a method of risk assessment, and look at the mathematics behind the probability theory.
Then, this course will teach you about various studies that have been carried out in relation to accidents, and explain the concept of accident near-miss and how it happens. You will learn about the dangerous occurrences that have the possibility of developing risk outcomes. Lastly, this course will teach about the different outcomes of accidents, and look at some accident causation theories.
