There are many facets to Neuro Linguistic Programming and there are many misconceptions of what is and what is not part of NLP.
Understanding how we process information, filter and represent our experience is core to our programmes. Breaking this process down and understanding how we create our results is where the change can occur.
On this workshop we will explore many different definitions of Neuro Linguistic Programming and leave you with a thirst to learn more. We will also explore the foundational principles, sometimes called the underlying beliefs of NLP. The Presuppositions of Neuro Linguistic Programming provide the frames within which we think about ourselves and other people. If we operate from within these presuppositions we will achieve success in our interactions with others.
