After you have gained a good insight into healthy food, you will study non-nutritive components that provide the body with additional health benefits. The course will also cover the topic of scientific research and practices that are being conducted and continuously reported to the public. Here, you will learn about epidemiology, in vitro and animal studies, and clinical trials.
